超浅层小半径曲线顶管地面扰动数值模拟分析

Abstract: During?the?construction?process?of?the?extra-shallow-underground-pipe?jacking?with?short-radius?curve,?the?problem?of?the?ground?disturbance?must?be?paid?attention?to.?Based?on?the?pipe?jacking?project?of?Hangzhou?Banshan,?the?construction?process?of?Sxtra-shallow-underground-pipe?jacking?with?short-radius?curve?is?simulated?numerically?through?the?large?scale?FEM?software?ANSYS.?And?the?model?of?extra-shallow-underground-pipe?jacking?with?short-radius?curve?is?established.?Different?jacking?speed?is?carried?out?on?the?model?to?further?explore?the?deformation?rules?of?the?extra-shallow-underground-pipe?jacking?with?short-radius?curve?at?different?jacking?speed,?and?the?recommended?value?of?jacking?speed?is?proposed.

摘要: 超浅层小半径曲线顶管工程中,地面扰动成为施工过程中必须关注的问题。以杭州半山超浅层曲线顶管工 程为基础,利用大型通用有限元软件ANSYS对超浅层顶管的施工过程进行数值模拟,建立超浅层小半径曲线顶管 模型,对模型实施不同的顶进速度,用以进一步探求超浅层小半径曲线顶管在不同顶推速度下的地面变形规律,提 出顶进速度建议值。
