Abstract: Science?and?technology?can?promote?regional?economic?development?,while?the?innovation?and?progress?of?science?and?technology?depends?on?the?regional?supporting?capacity?of?science?and?technology（RSCST）.?Firstly,?the?constituent?system?of?RSCST?is?determined?and?analyzed,?and?it?is?pointed?out?that?RSCST?is?decided?by?the?system?guarantee,?the?resource?supply?and?the?technological?industrialization.?Then,?fuzzy?comprehensive?evaluation?model?to?evaluate?RSCST?is?established,?and?this?model?is?applied?to?the?evaluation?of?Chongqing?RSCST.?The?research?results?can?promote?the?development?of?RSCST?and?provide?scientific?basis?to?the?decision?of?regional?PST.

摘要： 区域经济发展离不开科技推动,而科技创新与进步取决于区域科技支持能力。首先,分析界定了区域科技支 持能力的构成体系,指出其由制度保障力、资源供给力和成果转化力等3个方面共同决定;然后,建立了评价区域 科技支持能力强弱的模糊综合评价模型,并应用于评价重庆市的区域科技支持能力。研究结果对促进区域经济发 展和制定区域科技政策具有一定的参考价值。
