Abstract: The decade since 2000 was the time which Shanghai road transport made leaps and bounds． Road infrastructure achieved the change from a single ground-based system into a combination with elevated road system in the air，road engineering underground and ground road network． Road construction has been changed from the“debt-type”building which was to repay the debt in the history to the“optimized”construction which was to optimal adjustment path of functional structure．

摘要： 2000—2010年，是上海道路交通建设取得跨越式发展的10年，道路基础设施实现了从单一的地面道路为主， 向高架系统、地下隧道、地面道路网络相结合的立体化道路体系转变。道路交通设施建设已由过去以偿还历史欠债 为主的“还债型”建设，过渡到了以优化调整道路功能结构为主的“优化型”建设。
