Methods of Traffic Impact Area Determination Based on Service Levelduring Road Construction Period

基于服务水平的道路施工交通影响范围确定方法

Abstract: Based on service level, and taking zero degradation of overall service level of saturation at intersection as convergence condition, a method of defining the traffic impact area induced by road construction was raised by employment of the concept of characteristic signalized intersection after comparing with the existing method of traffic impact definition for existed construction project. By comparing the degree of service level of intersection saturation before and after road construction, the impacted area by road construction could be defined. The results of application examples show that the overall service level of saturation at intersection is effective in determining traffic impact area during the construction period of the road for its practically significance and thus can provide a reference for urban infrastructure construction.

摘要: 在对已有建设项目交通影响范围确定方法分析比较的基础上,在道路施工期间,通过引入特征信号交叉口的概念,以交叉口整体饱和度服务水平等级不下降作为收敛条件,提出了基于服务水平的道路施工交通影响范围确定方法。通过比较道路施工前后交叉口的饱和度服务水平等级大小,来确定道路施工影响范围。实例应用表明:通过交叉口整体饱和度服务水平等级来确定道路施工交通影响范围方法的有效性,具有重要的实际意义,为城市道路基础设施建设提供参考。
