Water Stability of Central Plant Hot Recycling Mixtures

厂拌热再生沥青混合料水稳定性能研究

Abstract: Through immersion Marshall test,freezing-thawing splitting test,Cantabro immersion scattering test and the bitumen toughness test,the water stability of AC-25 and AC-20 hot recycling mixtures was researched and evaluated. Test results show that the hot recycling mixtures possess the optimal water stability when RAP adding amount is 30%; immersion scattering loss and bitumen bonding have a good relationship. The concept of bitumen bonding is proposed and Cantabro immersion scattering test is also proposed to evaluate the water stability.

摘要: 采用浸水马歇尔试验、冻融劈裂试验和肯塔堡浸水飞散试验3 种试验方法,同时结合沥青黏韧性试验共同研 究评价了AC-25 和AC-20 厂拌热再生沥青混合料的水稳定性能。试验结果表明: RAP 掺量为30% 时热再生沥青混 合料具有最优异的水稳定性能; 浸水飞散损失与混合沥青黏结性有良好关系。提出了沥青黏结性概念,并提出用肯 塔堡浸水飞散试验评价水稳定性。
