橡胶沥青再生旧沥青路面技术应用研究

Abstract: Based on large and medium-made project S305 line in Guizhou province, the technology of scrap tire rubber asphalt regenerating old asphalt pavement was researched. The method to determine “rubber asphalt & regenerated asphalt" miscible proportion was put forward. The performance of asphalt rubber regeneration binder, the mix design method and its road performance were verified. The results show that when the proportion of the rubber asphalt is not less than 70%, all the indexes of asphalt rubber regeneration binder meet the technical standards of asphalt rubber; the road performance of asphalt rubber regeneration mixes AC13 reaches the effect of modified asphalt mixture, and with an excellent comprehensive performance.

摘要: 依托贵州省道S305线大中修改造工程,对废旧轮胎橡胶沥青再生旧沥青路面技术进行应用研究,给出了确定“橡胶沥青+再生沥青”混溶比例的方法,验证橡胶沥青再生胶结料性能、配合比设计方法及其路用性能。结果表明:橡胶沥青内掺比例不低于70%时,再生胶结料各项指标均满足橡胶沥青技术标准;橡胶沥青再生混合料AC13的各项路用性能均满足改性沥青混合料技术要求,综合性能优异。
