张紧式系泊深水FPSO的动力特性及系泊布置方式研究

Abstract: In order to discuss the positioning characteristics of the mooring system of the deep water floating production storage oil discharge unit(FPSO),taking the single point mooring deep water FPSO as the research object,the influence of tension and catenary mooring system on the hydrodynamic performance of the platform was compared from six degrees of freedom motion and mooring line tension response.The results show that the taut mooring system can effectively control the dynamic response of deep water FPSO.And the influence of the mooring layout(number of mooring cable,layout type of mooring fractional group,the position of inside turret and the angle between the cable and the seabed) on the water dynamic performance was investigated by the nonlinear time-domain coupled simulated method for the taut moored deep water FPSO.The results show that the means of increasing the mooring cable and the fractional layout can effectively reduce the motion response of hull; and the turret position and the angel between the cable and seabed should be appropriately selected,which can also effectively reduce the motion response of the hull and the tension of mooring cable.

摘要: 为探讨深水浮式生产储油卸油装置(FPSO)系泊系统的定位特性,以单点系泊FPSO为研究对象,从6自由度运动和系缆张力响应比较了张紧式和悬链线式系泊系统对于平台水动力性能影响 。结果表明:张紧式系泊系统可有效控制深水FPSO动力响应。针对张紧式系泊FPSO,采用非线性时域耦合数值方法对系泊系统进行分析,研究系泊布置方式(系缆根数、组式和分式布置、内转 塔位置及系泊缆与海底夹角)对于其水动力性能的影响。结果表明:增加系缆根数、分式布置可以较好地降低船体的运动响应;选取合适的内转塔的位置和系泊缆与海底夹角布置方案,将可有 效地降低船体运动响应及系泊缆张力。
