基于Icepak的多种间隙下IGBT散热器仿真与研究

Abstract: In view of the limitation of the heat dissipation of the water-cooled radiator with fork row needle column, a kind of fork row needle column water-cooled radiator with various clearances arrangement was proposed, which improved the heat dissipation performance of the radiator by increasing the turbulence of the cooling water in the water channel. Based on ANSYS Icepak simulation software, the thermal simulation of two kinds of radiators was carried out, and the distribution of temperature field and flow field was obtained. The results show that at the same flow rate, the heat dissipation performance of the fork row needle column water-cooled radiator with different clearance arrangement is better. The thermistor is used to verify its three points, the deviation between the experimental data and the simulation data of the proposed radiator is less than 5.5%, which has a high consistency. It is further verified that the radiator has a good heat dissipation performance.

摘要: 针对叉排针柱水冷散热器散热的局限性,提出一种叉排针柱多种间隙布置的水冷散热器,通过增大水道中冷却水的湍流度来提高散热器的散热性能。基于ANSYS Icepak仿真软件,对两种散热器进行数值模拟的热仿真,得出其温度场和流场的分布情况,结果表明:在相同流速条件下,叉排针柱多种间隙布置的水冷散热器散热性能较好,并通过使用热敏电阻对其3个点进行实验验证,实验数据与仿真数据偏差低于5.5%,具有较高的一致性,进一步验证该散热器具有较好的散热性能。
