水泥砼路面早期破坏的力学机理研究

Abstract: To identify the cause of concrete pavement premature failure, twelve pavement structures are analyzed by finite element method in the paper .It is indicated that unsuitable pavement structure and low construction quality can increase the tensile stresses in slab and result in the pavement premature failure .It is conduded that unsuitable pavement structure and poor construction are two main causes which cause concrete pavement premature failure and it is necessary that the pavement structure should be suitably designed and the construction quality must fulfil the design requirements to reduce concrete pavement premature failure and prolong the life of concrete pavement

摘要: 用有限元方法分析了不同结构和不同材料强度的多种路面结构,在荷载作用下砼板中的应力变化,以探讨 引起砼路面破坏的力学机理和因素,其结果表明:各结构层的强度和厚度达不到设计要求,将引起砼路面板的应 力显著变化,结构不合理和施工质量差是引起水泥砼路面早期破坏的两大主要因素,并提出了避免水泥砼路面早 期破坏的措施。
