Study on the carrying capacity of gasoline engine oil additive based on the uniform design

Abstract: In the paper the experiments are arranged according to the uniform design, and the data are analyzed by using the regression equation. The results show that MoDDP, oxidation-corruption inhibitor package can enhance the carrying capacity of gasoline engine oil remarkably. The interaction between the dispersant package and oxidation-corruption inhibitor package does no good to the carrying capacity. 摘要: 以均匀设计安排试验,对试验结果进行回归分析.分析表明MoDDP、复合抗氧抗腐剂能显著提高汽油机油的 承载性,而复合分散剂与复合抗氧抗腐剂的交互作用对承载性能不利,复合清净剂和基础油对承载性能没有明显 的作用.采用对回归方程的直接优化方法和BP神经网络都能得到最优的添加剂组成.
