Abstract: On the basis of studying the road traffic safety indexes, this paper bring forward a comprehensive evaluation method based on the grey cluster theory and neutral network technology. Then, discuss the normalization methods of attribute value of input and output index of BP neutral network. At last, the practical example of this method in comprehensive evaluation in all the provinces is given

摘要: 在深入研究了道路交通安全的评价指标确定的基础上,提出了一种基于灰色聚类理论和神经网络技术的综 合评价方法,并对神经网络输入、输出指标属性值的量化方法进行了讨论,建立了道路交通安全的BP神经网络评 价模型.最后,介绍了该模型在各省道路交通安全评价中的应用实例
