Abstract: Based on the scientific research and engineering practice in recent years the authors summarize the new technique in freeway construction in a mountainous area.The new technique comprises reinforced earth technique,anchored slope,semi rigid type pavement material and construction technique etc.Application status of the new technique is also recommended.
