Abstract: The design of any city flood control project must be based on reliable hydrologic studies. For cities near coast, it is necessary not only to know the regulation of the flood regimen of a stream, but also to be concerned largely with wave action, tide movement, ocean currents and similar phenomena. Therefore, the investigation and analysis of the rules will be greatly conducive to the design of coastal engineering, and also be important in preparation of the national standard of the city flood control.

摘要： 设计任何城市防洪工程,都必须以可靠的水文研究为基础。在沿海城市,工程师不仅需要明确某一河道洪情的规律,而且更需注意波浪作用,潮汐运动、海流以及类似的现象。本文对海岸工程规范的研究和分析,不仅有助于海岸工程的设计,而且对城市防洪标准的制定也有重要的参考意义。
