Evaluation Method of Mixing Uniformity of Cement Stabilized Macadam Based on Quadrilateral Static Moment Theory

基于四边静矩理论的水泥稳定碎石拌合均匀性评价方法

Abstract: In order to better evaluate whether the distribution of coarse and fine aggregate was uniform in the mixing process of cement stabilized macadam, the image of newly-mixed cement stabilized macadam was analyzed and processed by digital image technology. The mathematical analysis model of mixing uniformity was established. Based on the quadrilateral static moment method, the distribution uniformity coefficient and area ratio coefficient of the aggregate were obtained respectively, and verified by engineering experiments. The results show that: by use of the mathematical model established by the theory of quadrilateral static moment and the uniformity coefficient and area ratio coefficient obtained by the uniformity evaluation method, the mixing uniformity of the newly-mixed cement stabilized macadam can be better judged.

摘要: 为了更好的评价水泥稳定碎石拌合过程中粗细集料分布是否均匀,利用数字图像技术对新拌水泥稳定碎石图像进行了分析处理。建立了拌合均匀性数学分析模型,基于四遍静矩理论计算分别得到了集料分布均匀系数与面积比系数,并通过工程实验进行了验证分析。结果表明:利用四边静矩理论建立的数学模型,结合均匀性评价方法得到的均匀系数和面积比系数,能够较好地判断出新拌水泥稳定碎石的拌合均匀性。
