与城际轨道交通相协调的城市群公路客运线网优化模型研究

Abstract: In order to coordinate the development of highway passenger transport network in urban agglomeration and intercity rail transit, the approach of hub-and-spoke network design was applied. With the objective of minimizing the demand-weighted travel time cost TTotal and the total operation cost of highway passenger lines CH, the optimization model HN of highway passenger transport network in urban agglomeration coordinating with intercity rail transit was built. The optimization software CPLEX was used to solve the proposed model. An example of the actual highway passenger transport network in some areas of the Pearl River Delta was given. From the aspects of the demand-weighted travel time TTotal and the total operation cost of the highway passenger transport line CH, the results of the proposed model and the operation scheme of the actual highway passenger transport network were compared and analyzed. The results show that the passenger flow proportion of highway direct lines PD decreases with the increase of the running speed of intercity rail transit V, and increases with the increase of the transfer time T between intercity rail transit and highway passenger transport. In addition, with the increase of the total operation cost weight coefficient β for highway passenger transport lines, the network of highway passenger transport lines in urban agglomerations becomes sparser and the number of highway direct lines ND decreases, but the number of highway connecting lines NF does not change much. The validity of the proposed model is verified by the case study.

摘要: 为协调城市群公路客运与城际轨道交通的发展,应用轴辐网络设计方法,以需求加权出行时间成本TTotal和公路客运线路总运营成本CH最小化为目标,构建了与城际轨道交通协调发展的城市群公路客运线网优化模型HN,并采用优化软件CPLEX求解;以珠三角部分地区公路客运实际线网为例,从需求加权出行时间TTotal和公路客运线路总运营成本CH两方面,对比分析了模型结果和实际线网运营方案。结果表明:公路直达线路客流比例PD随着城际轨道交通运行速度V的增加而降低,随着城际轨道交通与公路客运换乘时间T的增加而增加;随着公路客运线路总运营成本权重系数β的增加,城市群公路客运线网变稀疏,公路直达线路数量ND减少,但公路接驳线路数量NF变化不大;实例分析验证了模型的有效性。
