Using SHRP Index to Evaluate the Technical Performance of Chunfengtahe Modified Asphalt

利用SHRP指标评价春风塔河改性沥青技术性能

Abstract: The technical performance of SBS modified asphalt produced by Chunfengtahe base asphalt mixed by Tianzhize chemical company limited was analyzed by SHRP standard index evaluation, and the compatibility of SBS modified asphalt was tested by fluorescence microscope. At the same time, four component analysis and standard technical index evaluation in China were carried out. The results show that: the physical microcosmic distribution of SBS I-C modified asphalt is more uniform and its quality is better; the PG grade of SBS I-C modified asphalt is PG64E-28; the proportion of four components of SBS I-C in Chunfengtahe is reasonable, and the colloidal structure is stable. The technical performance of SBS I-C modified asphalt can meet the technical requirements of Chinas specifications.

摘要: 主要采用SHRP沥青胶结料规范指标评价分析由天之泽化工有限公司调和复配的春风塔河基质沥青生产的SBS改性沥青技术性能,并且采用了荧光显微镜测试了相容性,同时进行了四组分分析和我国规范技术指标评价。结果表明: SBS I-C改性沥青的物理微观分布较为均匀,质量较好;SBS I-C改性沥青的PG分级为PG64E-28;春风塔河SBS I-C的四组分比例合理,胶体结构稳定;SBS I-C改性沥青技术性能满足我国规范技术指标要求。
