Preparation and Effect of an Environment-friendly Snow-Melting Agent

环保型路用融雪剂制备及其功效研究

Abstract: In view of the lag and low efficiency of the existing traditional snow removal technology, an environment-friendly snow-melting agent (ZRX) was developed to enhance the snow-melting and ice-melting performance of asphalt pavement in winter. The industrial slag steel slag, sodium chloride, coupling agent solution and hydrophobic agent were selected to prepare the snow-melting agent with different component proportion. Through Marshall test, the mixture ratio of snow-melting agent to asphalt mixture was determined, and the long-term salting-out performance of snow-melting asphalt mixture was tested by electronic clinometer. Finally, the snow-melting performance of the snow-melting asphalt mixture was tested by different intensity of snow. The results show that the ZRX agent may instead of all 0.075 ~ 0.15mm aggregate in grading. The Marshall test shows that the stability of ZRX asphalt mixture is reduced and the flow value is larger, but it can still meet the specification requirements. The salting-out rate of ZRX agent in the mixture is the fastest in the first 48 hours, and it can continue to precipitate in the accelerated test. Under the condition of continuous heavy snow, the snow-melting performance of ZRX specimen needs to be improved, but the snow-melting effect is obvious under the condition of moderate snow. Therefore, it is suggested that the use environment of snow-melting asphalt mixture should be light snow to moderate snow.

摘要: 针对现有传统除雪技术的滞后性和低效性等问题,笔者研发了一种环保型融雪剂(ZRX),增强沥青路面在冬季降雪期间的融雪化冰性能,选取工业废渣钢渣、氯化钠、偶联剂溶液、疏水剂制备不同组分比例构成的融雪剂,通过马歇尔试验,确定了融雪剂添加到沥青混合料配合比,并采用电子盐度仪测试融雪沥青混合料的盐分长期析出性能,最后通过不同强度的降雪检验融雪沥青混合料的融雪性能。研究结果表明:自研ZRX代替了级配中全部0.075~0.15 mm集料后经马歇尔试验发现,融雪沥青混合料的稳定度降低,流值偏大,但依然能够满足规范要求;ZRX在混合料中前48 h的盐分析出速率最快,且在加速试验中能持续析出;在持续大雪条件下ZRX试件的融雪性能有待提升,但在中雪条件下融雪效果明显,建议融雪沥青混合料使用环境为小雪到中雪。
