Analysis on the Mechanical Strength of the Cement Stabilized Gravel by Different Molding Methods

水泥稳定碎石基层不同成型方式下力学强度分析

Abstract: Aiming at the current condition that different mold methods of the cement stabilized gravel lead to different contacts and bonding conditions between layers,the shear stress of cement stabilized gravel between the upper and lower layers are studied under this condition,and the flexural strength of cement stabilized gravel beam specimens is also achieved. Compared with the spray cement slurry between the upper and lower layers as well as the directly layered molding,the shear strength of once-forming layer is greatly increased; compared with layered molding specimens and interface contamination specimens as well as the once-molding specimens,the integrity of specimen is decreased,meanwhile,the flexural tensile strength is also decreased.

摘要: 针对目前水泥稳定碎石基层不同成型方式导致层间不同接触与黏结情况,研究了在这些条件下水泥稳定碎 石上下基层层间剪切力大小,以及水泥稳定碎石梁式试件抗弯拉强度。结果表明: 与层间铺洒水泥浆和直接分层 成型试件相比,一次成型试件抗剪强度大大增加; 分层成型和界面受到污染试件与一次成型试件比较,试件整体性 下降,弯拉强度降低。
