    Cap-beams on the middle pier of continuous beam bridges in municipal cross roads are often omitted for the reason of beauty. But a plane analysis is often used in general designs. An actual two-span continuous beam bridge is calculated based on both plane analysis and spatial analysis and the results are contrasted in this paper.     Through analyzing the mechanism of treating differential settlement by geocell, the paper introduce the engineer case of treating the differential settlement by geocell for cut-fill section of Taigu highway. The result of plot detection and findings shows that modulus of resilience of subgrade reinforced by geocell is improved to be 1 times more, there is no mutation of the subgrade settlement at fill-cut connection, the settlement is transited gently, the maximum displacement has only 18mm.     By using orthogonal tests, with the 7d-unconfined compression strength as criteria, through indoor blending ratio tests about cement and macadam added to eolian sand, this paper studies the road performance of cement stabilized aeolian sand and macadam base course and analyses the effects of cement content, macadam content and macadam gradating on road performance.
