    In this paper, the authors investigate the lateral elastic buckling problem of a circular arch space system Composed of X-type double main arrh ribs with hinged or fixed ends and transverse bracing beams, loaded by uniformly distributed radial force. Employing the principle of the minimun potential energy, the analytic formulas of Critical buckling load qcr are obtained. Theoretical and numerical analyses show that the critical burkling load formulas given by this paper might be simply and conveniently used in design practice with Sufficient accuracy.

    According to the experimental data of 530 Prestressed concrete and Partially Prest-ressed concrete beams, the authors offer the formula for calculation of shear strength of the beams, which is simple and easy to use, and in better agreement with the experimental data. In this paper, the increment of beam's Shear Strength due to the influence of Prestressing is deduced as well.

    Macroscopic analysis for some damages in Mexico Earthquake and idiscusson to another three examples are made in this paper. the result shows that the vertical earthquake-force is the primary cause for the damages to some structures Therefore the effects of vertical earthquakeforce should be considered in the design of against-earthquake.

    Based on the stnding relationship of storage-release and the physis property of linear and nonlinear Kernel function, We Yealize that the relationship between linear and nonlinear Kernel function exists inherent physic relation of thing. If we catch at this objective law. weuse the linear kernel to express nonlinear kernel, it is too convenience calculating for us. This paper not only describes the physic property and trausfered relation, but also proposes four models of nonlinear kernel function which include time Variance and time invariance.
