发动机电流变液悬置的模糊控制仿真

Abstract: Fuzzy control theory was applied to the vibration control of ER engine mount. Based on the mathematical model of the engine vibration system,and the fuzzy control rules which were established with experiences and theoretical analysis,a joint simulation of the engine vibration systems of both ordinary hydraulic mount and electro-rheological fluid mount was performed using MATLAB software. The results show that,because of the use of fuzzy control,ER engine has a better vibration isolation effect than ordinary hydraulic suspension.

摘要: 将模糊控制理论引入发动机电流变悬置振动控制中,通过对发动机振动系统建立数学模型和根据经验和理论 分析制定的模糊控制规则,应用MATLAB 对普通液压悬置和电流变液悬置发动机振动系统进行联合仿真。仿真结 果显示: 发动机电流变液悬置采用模糊控制后比普通液压悬置隔振效果明显。
