Abstract: In this paper,based on consideration of controlling technologies and policies on the motor vehicles in recent 30 years,harmness of the air pollution caused by motor vehicles emissions are studied and summed.Researches on the key problems about the policies and reasonable standards of controlling are made and some useful points of view are given.
