Abstract: In this paper, the concept of the enterprise core competence is analyzed. Then, using analytic hierarchy process (APH) and grey clustering theory, the Grey Clustering Assessment Model of Enterprise Core Competence is established, which can be used to synthetically evaluate the core competence of enterprise, and therefore find it’s disadvantage, so that it’s enterprise core competence may be strengthened continuously
