Abstract: In order to demolish the old rubber fenders，install the new ones and drill the screw hole on the news，the steel boxed coferdam construction are adviced，as well as the construction technologies of underwater cutting，drilling and installing． On the basis of engineering experience，the application of the non-dispersing cement mortar to wharf project is described， and its application prospect in rebuilding and maintenance aspect are analyzing on the an e of technique and economics．

摘要： 水下旧护舷的拆除、新护舷螺杆孔的形成以及新护舷的安装等工作，可采用钢套箱形成干地进行施工，也可采 用水下切割、水下钻孔和水下安装的工艺进行施工 结合工程实际，探讨水下不分散水泥砂浆的施工技术，并从技术 与经济的角度分析水下不分散水泥砂浆在旧码头改造、维护工程中的应用前景．
