SBS/岩沥青复合改性沥青基本性能研究

Abstract: The?influence?rule?of?the?proportion?of?SBS/gilsonite?on?performance?of?modified?asphalt?is?studied,?through?the?research?of?three?major?performance?indexes?of?SBS/gilsonite?composite?modified?asphalt.?The?results?show?that:?with?a?constant?amount?of?active?ingredient?in?modified?asphalt,?the?penetration?of?modified?asphalt?changes?little?when?the?proportion?of?gilsonite?increases;?the?softening?point?of?modified?asphalt?shows?a?downward?trend,?that?is?to?say,?the?effect?of?composite?of?gilsonite?and?SBS?on?the?improvement?of?softening?point?is?inferior?to?the?effect?of?SBS?itself;?the?ductility?of?modified?asphah?declines?significantly,?and?its?ductility?at?15℃?declines?even?sharply.?Adding?proper?amount?of?gilsonite?could?improve?the?dispersion?of?SBS?in?the?matrix?asphalt?to?some?extent

摘要: 通过SBS/岩沥青复合改性沥青的三大性能指标研究,分析了岩沥青和SBS的用量比变化对改性沥青性能的 影响规律。结果表明:在改性沥青中有效成分用量不变的情况下,随着其中岩沥青用量比例的不断增大,改性沥青 针入度的变化不大;改性沥青的软化点呈明显下降的趋势,即岩沥青与SBS复合改性对提高软化点的效果不如单 独应用SBS的效果好;改性沥青的延度呈明显下降的趋势,且改性沥青的15??延度的下降程度更为显著。适量添 加岩沥青可在一定程度上提高SBS在基质沥青中的分散性。
