高速公路智能监控数据采集器的优化布设方法

Abstract: The intelligent monitoring data collector of highway is always laid out according to the experience,which is easy to cause the omission,deviation of monitoring area or the waste of the quantity cost of the collector.In view of the present situation,based on the principle of camera imaging and the pixel requirements of the monitoring identification,the whole course monitoring model under the horizontal curve section,the longitudinal curve section as well as the horizontal and longitudinal combination curve section of the highway was established respectively,with the combination of the linear characteristic parameters of the road.And the calculation formulas of the spacing,horizontal angle and dip angle of the data collector under 3 different alignments were deduced.The optimal layout of data collector was made on an actual highway.Comprised with the layout based on experience,the results show that the proposed layout optimization method of data collector can not only ensure the effectiveness of the whole course monitoring of highway,but also save the quantity cost of the collector.

摘要: 高速公路智能监控数据采集器常根据经验布设,容易造成监控区域遗漏、偏差或是采集器数量成本的浪费。针对该现状,基于摄像机成像原理和监 控识别的像素要求,结合道路线形特征参数分别建立了高速公路平曲线段、竖曲线段和平纵组合曲线段下的全程监控布设模型,推导出了数据采集器在这 3种不同线形下的布设间距、水平角、倾角的计算公式。对一条实际的高速公路进行了数据采集器的优化布设,对比于经验布设的结果表明:提出的数据 采集器优化布设方法不仅能保证高速公路的全程有效监控,还能节省数据采集器的数量成本。
