Abstract: Under freeway construction, calculation was the important part of investigation and regulation. At present the limitation of calculation was that it paid attention to operation information of partial step and did not layo ut systematically. Based on system and openness this article researched on info system of calculation payment and acquired operational super vision system accordingly. The system has been put on application in practice.

摘要： 高速公路建设中的计量工作是投资控制的重要工作之一,目前的计量表现出仅限于局部环节的操作信息,没有从全系统的层面设计.本文基于系统性、开放性研究了计量支付信息系统,得到了可操作性的监理系统,并在实践中得到应用.
