3D Finite Element Analysis of Temperature Field and Temperature Stress of Semi-rigid Asphalt Pavement Structure in Gansu Province

甘肃半刚性沥青路面结构的温度场及温度应力三维有限元分析

Abstract: Based on the semi-rigid base asphalt pavement with serious transverse crack in Gansu province, the temperature field and temperature stress of semi-rigid base asphalt pavement in this area were analyzed. With the help of ANSYS finite element software, the three-dimensional finite element model of semi-rigid asphalt pavement structure in Gansu was established and the heat loadings, such as the temperature and solar radiation, were applied. The variation rule of temperature field and temperature stress of semi-rigid asphalt pavement in Gansu was obtained by the solution, which provided some referential opinions to the designation of semi-rigid base asphalt pavement structure in Gansu. The results show that the change of the asphalt layer thickness has a great influence on the temperature stress and temperature field; the difference of temperature between the top and bottom of asphalt layer is increased with the increase of asphalt layer thickness, while the gradient of temperature distribution in the asphalt layer decreases with the increase of asphalt layer thickness; the asphalt surface layer is thicker, the faster the temperature stress of the upper half of asphalt layer diffuses, and the more slowly the temperature stress of the bottom half of asphalt layer diffuses.

摘要: 基于甘肃地区半刚性基层沥青路面横向裂缝严重的现状,对该地区半刚性基层沥青路面温度场以及温度应力进行分析;借助ANSYS有限元软件,对甘肃地区常见的半刚性基层沥青路面结构建立三维有限元模型,并施加气温和太阳辐射等热荷载,求解得出甘肃半刚性基层沥青路面温度场以及温度应力的变化规律,为甘肃地区半刚性基层沥青路面结构的设计提供一些参考意见。结果表明:沥青面层厚度的变化对沥青路面温度场和温度应力的影响较大;沥青层顶和层底的温度差随着面层厚度增加逐渐增大,而沥青层温度分布梯度随着面层厚度的增加逐渐减小;沥青面层越厚,沥青层上半部分温度应力扩散得越快,沥青层下半部分温度应力扩散得越慢。
