Personnel System Analysis-Modeling & Application in Personnel Function Rating (I)
    Chen Guozhen, Ge shurong
    1987, 6(2): 1-9.
    Abstract ( )   PDF (579KB) ( )
This paper advances the rating path of monad-element, further more, it raisis the mathematical model of personnel function rating. A norm of comprehensive rating is introduced, the norm can be considered as the expectation of the rating. The model indicates that the rating results can be described by the distribution in class.

Steep Wave Forces on Large Cylinders in Any Water Depth
    Wu Songren, Zhou Huajun
    1987, 6(2): 10-18.
    Abstract ( )   PDF (510KB) ( )
The present paper provides an approximate method for predicting steep wave forces on large vertical cylinders in any water depth. The method is based on Rienecker and Fenton's numerical wave theory and linear diffraction theory of MacCamy and Fuchs. A program has been made according to the method, the predicted wave forces on surface piercing cylinders are compared with the site-measured and experimental results. It is found that the predictions agree closely with the measured forces in most cases.

Luo Shiyu, Yu Chaofan, Shao Mingzhu
    1987, 6(2): 36-40.
    Abstract ( )   PDF (267KB) ( )
Based on Moliere expansion potential, the equation of particle motion has been reduced to the nonlinear differential equation and looked for the solution of the equation by PLK method. Nonlinear properties of this system are discussed and the space dstribution and the momentum distribution of channeling particle are denied.

    Zhaug Xiaoyu, Wu Mingdong
    1987, 6(2): 41-55.
    Abstract ( )   PDF (1000KB) ( )
In this paper, predicted the time saving of traffic according to the traffic property of the automobiles passing the grade crossing. Based on the method of the moving investment-pay time estimated the ecconomic loss for twenty six typical grade crossings investigated in five proviuces of China and obtanied the equations of the regression of ecconomic efficiancy, highway and railway tnaffic volume by using the method of gradual regression analysis. These equations are the setting condition of highway and railway Cross-over.

A Thin-Walled Eccentric Beam Element for Bus Body Structure Analysls
    Chen Jiye
    1987, 6(2): 72-79.
    Abstract ( )   PDF (432KB) ( )
For calculating stress of bns body structure, a thin-walled eccentric beam element witch accords with demands is introduced in this paper. The eccentricity existing in truthful structure. is directly calculated in finife element stiffness matrix, so the analysis of bus body structure is more effective, which offer a truthful data for design of bus, The well performance of the thin-walled eccentric element has been proved from a example of a real bus body analysis.

Discussion on Design Methods for Maximum Density Graded Aggregate Mixture
    Xie Fengju
    1987, 6(2): 80-86.
    Abstract ( )   PDF (462KB) ( )
Advantages and disadvantages of design methods for maximum density graded aggregate mixture are discussed briefly in this paper. The modified balanced area method is proved that is correct in reason and valid for practice. The method to solve linear equations is described and some examples of computerization are given.

Calculation of Out-of-Plane Ultimate Load Carrying Capacity of Reinforced Concrete Arch
    Luo Ren
    1987, 6(2): 94-103.
    Abstract ( )   PDF (676KB) ( )
This paper studies the ultimate load carrying capacity of reinforced concrete arch. The arch is subjected to uniformly nodal vertical loads. The arch fails in elastoplastic lateral deflection associated with the flezuraltorsional deformation of the arch rib. Finite displacement theory and isoparametrc concepts are applied to three-dimensional beam element with rectangular cross-section, A simulation model is set up. The formulas of three nodes beam element are developed and applied to the calculation of the ultimate load carrying capacity of reinforced concrete arch. The experiments prove that the calculation method is reasonable.

    Abstract ( )   PDF (1058KB) ( )
The research results in shear strength of inelined section of reinforced concrcte beams, which have been used in the Chinese "Design Code of Reinforeed and Pres tressed Concrete for Highway Bridges" (JTJ-023-85), are discussed in the present paper. Some of the back-ground information in the New design provisions for shear strength of reinforced concrete beams is also introduced.
