Abstract

Abstract: Based?on?the?performance?requirement?of?highway?and?status?in?quo?of?Chongqing?highway,?the?evaluation?indexes?of?maintenance?and?service?quality?of?Chongqing?highway?are?selected,?and?the?quality?evaluation?system?which?is?simple,?predictable,?easy?available,?reliable?and?typical,?is?established.?Therefore,?this?system?can?help?to?solve?the?difficult?maintenance?problem,?to?improve?the?highway?service,?and?to?protect?the?users＇?legitimate?fights?and?interests.

摘要： 根据高速公路使用性能要求,结合重庆市高速公路服务现状,选取高速公路养护及服务质量评价指标,形成具有简单、可测、易获得、可靠、典型性5大特点的高速公路养护及服务质量评价体系,有助于解决养护难等问题, 改善高速公路服务水平,保障使用者合法权益。
