轿车起步工况离合器压盘热-机耦合分析

Abstract: The failure of pressure plate happens frequently in the multi-stress circumstances. The coupling thermal mechanical analysis on the car clutch pressure plate in the standard start condition was carried out , by using Pro/E , Hypermesh and MSC. Marc. The variation trend and law of the temperature and stress field changing with radius and time in start condition were obtained. It is concluded that there are some distribution similarities between temperature and stress fields in different conditions , but compared with the temperature field , the stress field lags.

摘要: 在多重应力的作用下,压盘易发生失效。利用Pro/E建模,综合运用Hypermesh,MSC.MARC等有限元分析软 件,完成对轿车标准起步工况下离合器压盘受热、受力模型的分析,得到起步士况下压盘温度场、应力场随半径及时 间变化的趋势和规律。研究表明:不同工况下温度场与应力场的分布有一定的相似性,但应力场相对于温度场有一 定的滞后性。
