半刚性基层沥青路面基-面层间界面强度研究

Abstract: In the semi-rigid base asphalt pavement, the performance of semi-rigid base and asphalt mixture layer are very different, so the interlayer connection between base layer and surface layer is crucial. The stress of base-surface layer was analyzed through BISAR software, and the law of interlayer shear and normal stress influenced by the change of the modulus and thickness of base layer and surface layer was acquired. Then a self-made fixture was used to carry out the base-surface layer shear test. The relationship between interlayer shear stress of base-surface layer and shear rate and test temperature change was researched. It is indicated by regression that the interlayer shear stress of pavement structure has good correlation with shear rate and test temperature.

摘要: 半刚性基层沥青路面中,半刚性基层和沥青混合料面层两种材料性能差异较大,基-面层间界面的良好连接至关重要。采用BISAR软件分析基-面层间应力,得出基层、面层的模量和厚度变化对界面剪应力和正应力的影响规律。采用自制夹具进行层间剪切试验,研究了剪切速率和试验温度变化与基-面层间界面剪应力之间的关系;回归拟合表明,路面结构的层间剪应力与剪切速率、试验温度具有较好的相关性。
