Transportation Standard Preparation Sequence Based on Improved VIKOR Methods

基于改进VIKOR法的交通规范编制序列的研究

Abstract: The traffic standards can guide the construction of the traffic. In order to make traffic standards preparation meet the requirements of engineering practice, the two-tuple linguistic theory was used to analyze the surveyed data and two-tuple linguistic evaluation matrix was established, through a large number of SP and RP surveys for professionals. The phrase transformation, computation rules and distance formula of natural linguistic terms were defined according to the two- tuple linguistic model, the ideal solution and the negative ideal solution were determined by combining with VIKOR method. And then the group utility value S, the individual regret value R and the trade-off value Q of all the alternatives were calculated. Therefore, the standards preparation sequence was determined. Through the application of the improved VIKOR method to the preparation and planning of water transport standards in Tianjin area, Ri value sorting scatter plot was obtained under different υ values. Finally, Tianjin water transportation standard preparation sequence was determined and was verified by TOPSIS method, which proposed a new idea for the research on traffic planning.

摘要: 交通规范可以指导交通的建设,为使交通规范的编制满足工程实际需要,通过对专业人员大量的SP和RP调研,把调研的数据采用二元语义理论进行分析,构建了二元语义评价矩阵;通 过二元语义信息自然语言评价短语的转换、运算规则及距离公式分析,结合VIKOR法确定了理想解和负理想解,并计算出最大群体效应值S、个体遗憾最小值R和所有备选方案的折衷值Q,从而 确定了规范的编制序列。通过改进VIKOR法对天津地区水运标准编制规划的应用分析,得到了不同υ值情况下Ri值排序散点图,最终确定了天津市水运规范编制序列,并用TOPSIS法进行了验证 ,为交通规划的研究提出了一种新的思路。
