Taxi Operation and Management Characteristics Based on Floating Car Data

基于浮动车数据的出租车运营管理特性建模与分析

Abstract: In order to provide the real-time and accurate taxi operation data to alleviate the high unloaded ratio and the low operation efficiency of urban taxi, the floating car data-based modeling and analysis method of taxi operation characteristics was presented. On the basis of the pre-processing and analysis of floating car data, the processing framework of large-scale floating car data for taxi operation management was first developed, and then, considering the travel demand, the operation benefit and the and operation efficiency, the evaluation indices of taxi operation management and its calculation model were established. Taking Guangzhou as a case for study, taxis’ GPS data of five typical workdays were selected to analyze the important parameters of taxi operation and management, including travel demand distribution, mileage unloaded ratio, time unloaded ratio, average travel speed, travel time and travel mileage, etc. Analysis results demonstrate the proposed approach can provide important decision-making supports for the taxi operation dispatching, the optimization of taxi site setting and industry management.

摘要: 为提供实时准确的出租车运营管理数据,以缓解出租车空驶率高及运营效率低的现象,提出一种城市出租车运营管理特性的建模与分析方法。该方法依托 大规模浮动车数据的分析和预处理,分析出租车GPS数据的特征,提出面向出租车运营管理的大规模浮动车数据处理框架,并综合出行需求、运营效益和运营效率 ,构建基于浮动车数据的出租车运营管理指标体系及其计算模型;以广州市为例,选取5个典型工作日的出租车GPS数据,分析广州市出租车运营的出行需求分布 、里程空载率、时间空载率、载客行驶速度、载客出行时间和载客出行距离等指标,提取广州市出租车运营管理水平的重要特征参数,可为出租车站点优化配置 、运营调度以及行业管理提供重要的决策支持。
