Abstract: During?car?free?day,?non-public?motorized?vehicles?are?prohibited?in?certain?urban?areas?at?a?limited?time,?so?as?to?reduce?congestion,?pollution,?and?noise,?as?well?as?to?encourage?the?use?of?environmental?travel?modes.?The?origination?of?car?free?day?is?introduced;?the?green?traffic?and?the?necessity?of?car?free?day?is?analyzed.?Based?on?the?survey?data?of?traffic?volume?got?from?Yuzhong?District?in?Chongqing?which?implements?the?plan?of?car?free?day,?the?traffic?demand?forecast?and?implement?effect?of?car?free?day?is?discussed,?which?provides?some?scientific?guidance?for?corresponding?traffic?control?and?the?analysis?of?its?important?significance.

摘要: 无车日活动是在有限的时间内,在城市规定区域里限制非公交机动车辆的通行,以减少拥堵、污染和噪音,并 鼓励人们使用有利于环保的交通方式。通过对无车日由来、绿色交通以及实施无车日的必要性进行分析,并以重 庆市渝中区实施无车日方案的交通量调查数据为例,探讨了无车日的交通需求预测及其实施效果,从而为其实施 相应的交通管制和其重要意义的分析提供一定的科学依据。
