摘要： 公路工程实施过程中，项目工序系统由于使用单位的需求不同而难于统一，致使不同地域、不同项目的做法 不尽相同，导致在实施管理过程中操作混乱。本文利用神经树原理，从工序系统的需求出发，就怎样标准化项目工 序结构的解析方法、解析原则做了运用研究。
